    The Ceramic Hare

    I feel the need to be more creative, so I’ve decided to have a go at poetry. This is my first attempt, inspired by a ceramic hare made by my partner. 

    Manufactured.
A representation.
Identifiable
but as a caricature
dumped in a place I don't belong.
What am I doing here?
Why?
What do I do?

Do they know what they made?
How it feels to be me?
Am I a practise piece
not quite right?

I think I know
what they wanted to make.
But I don't think
I can be that.
Instead I'll have to be
the best ceramic hare I can.

  • Cookies Removed

    We no longer use any cookies! I realised they were all on the login page, which no one uses but me, so I removed the link I had in the footer and the cookies magically vanished. So the consent banner has also been removed.

  • Back to the grind

    So, here we are, back at work. Suddenly no updates on the website, and no new photos.

  • Archive page added

    As the title says, I’ve archived the old, manual versions of the site and added a page with links. There’s only 2. Might not keep the page long, we’ll see.
