I try not to post pictures of cats because it seems like a cheap way to get likes. But I really like this one I took this morning. She’d been out in the rain and was happy to be warm and dry.

Avebury 26 July 2026
We decided to visit Avebury on the way back from a family event (which I don’t have photos of). Apart from what felt like hours sat in a traffic jam trying to get into, and giving up on, Newbury for lunch, it was a beautiful day. Stopped in Marlborough instead and had lovely fish and chips, then went on to Avebury. It was a beautiful evening, and we even got to see a crop circle. Whatever else you might believe, they are definitely circles in the crops.

I’ve picked up so many tips for new (to me) music and forgotten oldies through people posting images of their turntable and “now playing” stand that I wanted to return the favour. I don’t do vinyl any more, so I’m trying this instead…
