I think it’s all done now, barring little tweaks here and there. There is a cookie banner, although there are no unneccessary cookies so technically consent isn’t required, but it’s nice to let people know. Now I just need to keep adding interesting things.

So here we are, back to WordPress… While you do need some more specific knowledge to customise WordPress, it’s not actually as difficult as I thought. I’ve only scratched the surface of what’s possible, but I’ve managed to get the basic theme to a state I’m quite happy with. It’s actually easier than trying to…

Despite my earlier comments I’ve decided to try to recreate the site in WordPress, so I’m developing my first ever WordPress theme. It was much easier to write the whole thing from scratch… Anyway, I’m using it as a learning tool, just in case the fashion retail sector doesn’t pick up again.
